Fun in the sun

Hi all!  Here with a card I made for the CAS-ual Fridays Stamps challenge, which is no dies allowed.  The boy, crab and sentiment are from one of my favorite sets from There She Goes (retired stamp company).  I colored them with Copics then fussy cut them.  The background was created using Ranger Distress Inks.  Yes, I freehanded it!  :D  I add the images using foam adhesive.

Coffee Lover's Spring Blog Hop!

Hi all!  It's time for the Coffee Lover's Spring Blog Hop!  You can read and join in on the fun HERE. I've created this card with the SugarPea Designs Caffeine Addict stamp set.  SugarPea is one of the super sponsors so check out that post HERE.  I paper pieced this sweet little cuppa using the Posh paper pack (so gorgeous!).  The glitter strip is actually a piece of washi tape.  A few little YNS Gumdrops add the finishing details.

Be SURE to play along with the Coffee Lover's Spring Blog Hop because there are LOTS of PRIZESSSSS!

Let's kick it soon

Hi all! Here's my card for the latest MFTWSC324 sketch challenge.  I couldn't resist these ninjas from the Ninja-mazing stamp set!  I colored him with Copics.  I stagger-stamped (that's what I'm calling it, lol) the sentiment in Field Green and Black Licorice inks.  I also couldn't pass up the Black & White Basics paper pad.

Create Together with Marcie - You are wonderful

Hi all!  I am here today with a card for a Create Together collaboration post with Marcie Sharp.  That girl is a hoot and super talented!  We decided on a butterfly/Spring theme so I HAD to use these newly released Paradiso Butterfly Layered dies from Birch Press Design!  Yes, the black, yellow and white parts of the butterfly here are all card stock layers.  I used foam adhesive to adhere it to some a piece of card stock I had inked with Ranger Distress Inks then spritzed with water to get the cool effect you see here.  The sentiment is from the also newly BPD released clear stamp set, Close to the Heart.  Gorgeous, people!  Simply a gorgeous set!

Thanks so much for stopping by!  Be sure to check out what Marcie created for our Create Together post.  I know you'll be amazed!  :D

I'm thrilled for you

Hi all!  I made this card for the latest MFTWSC322 sketch challenge.  I embossed the Floral Fantasy Background stamp with silver embossing powder then colored it in with my Zig pens.  I also stamped it with versa mark ink very lightly onto the middle Grape Jelly card stock.  The sentiment is from the LJD Geometric Greenery stamp set.  The 3 little 'enamel' dots are my first attempt at using the Nuvo drops.  That stuff is so cool!
