Today we are featuring Inspired by Knowledge and Kung Fu Fred. Here's my card using the Inspired by Knowledge set...

I cut one of the sentiment from the set using the Fishtail Flags Stax! Oh, these. are. so. COOL! I also stamped the graduation cap using crumb cake ink on kraft cardstock. The black layers were distressed (except for the black fishtail flag stax layer). Can you guess what tool I used for the first time in, like, forever?!! My spritzer! Yep, I spritzed the sentiment layer! A peek at the inside...

Here's a detail shot. I kind of wanted a tassel sort of look and thought this gold string worked. Added a little key because knowledge unlocks doors, no?! :)

Now for my Kung Fu Fred card! Look at that face! He means business! Again, I used those must-have Fishtail Flag Stax, to include the negative, which I also love! The wood that Fred has kung fu kicked is one stamp, but I cut it out and popped it up so it really looked like the pieces were flying! He's colored with copics and cut out with the new Circle Stax!!! Yea, baby!!!

A peek at the inside... MORE fun Fishtail Flag Stax and another sentiment from the set.

Thanks for stopping by! Hope to see you back here tomorrow for MORE teasers!!!

Hugs,
