Hi all! I'm happy to be playing along with the 25 Days of Christmas Tags Hop coordinated by the sweet Tracy McNeely! I made a trio of tags using Lil Inker Designs stamps and dies. For the first one, I used the newly released 'Tis the Season stamp set. I colored it with Copics then sponged some blue ink around the edge.
The second and third tags I made are pretty clean and simple which I think is PERFECT when you have lots of tags to make. Plus Christmas is a busy time, so whenever I can simplify something during that time - sign me up! Both tags have sentiments from the All the Christmas You'll Ever Need stamp set. I freaking love the movie Elf, so I sponged this tag to match this sentiment ;) I also added big plops of water then dabbed it with a paper towel to remove the ink to add some 'character' to the sponging.
For my last tag, I added a die cut tree from the Rustic Christmas stamp set (using the matching dies), along with a few trees lightly stamped in the background. I masked off a 'hill' to sponge on the sky, then added some green sponging to the bottom.
Please be sure to swing by Tracy's BLOG for the full list of today's hop participants! Comment along the way for a chance to win some goodies!
Thanks for stopping by!
