Spring Elzy sneak peeks ~ Day 2!

Here are some more adorable bears for you to drool over! They are just too sweet!
Everything was watercolored and I also added crystal effect to the balloon. The bears are up on dimensionals as is the sentiment, which is also new! This card measures about 6 x 3.5". Now go check out what the rest of the DT made ~ {links are on the right side of my blog}!!!!
Stay tuned for more sneaks tomorrow and don't forget to go *shopping* on Monday!!!!!!! *wink*

Springtime **Sneak Peeks** ~ Day 1

Hi there and welcome to day 1 of the Elzybell sneak peeks!!! Alright, so how stinkin' cute are these bears??!!!! I just love 'em! I colored the left and middle ones w/ SU markers and used a copic marker (sand) on the right one ~ can you tell a difference? Not sure I can. Anyway, the grass was also colored w/ a copic marker. I masked the bears and sponged some bashful blue around them for a sky effect. The sketch is from this weeks' Sketch Challenge on SCS. Did you check out the Elzybell Blog Challenge for this week yet?? It's to finish the inside of your card and also make a matching envelope. Well, in keeping w/ that challenge, I also finished the inside of this card! Here's a pic:
The sentiment is also new. The trio of flowers is
actually from a single stamp called the "flower pot trio". I just covered the flower pot so I could only stamp the flowers since I thought they fit the sentiment well. I may take new pics in the morning ~ can't get good lighting at night, but Photoshop may have done the trick! Thanks for stopping by and check out what the rest of the 'belles have for you! And of course, more sneaks throughout the rest of the weekend!

Another Elzy challenge!

This week were were to decorate the inside of the card and also make a matching envelope. Such a cool idea! I've not caught on to the whole thing of decorating the inside of my cards, but I think it's a cool idea and may do this more often. It's a neat way to use the coordinating stamps in your sets. The single flower stamp on the envelope is the same stamp I used on the inside, except that I just stamped it in saffron so it didn't take away from the sentiment. Here's a link to check out what the rest of the DT did --- ELZYBELL challenge!!! Here's a close up of the main image:
Thanks for stopping by and please stop by tomorrow 'cuz it's SNEAK PEEK TIME!!!!!!!!!!! card info: stamps ~ elzybells UK. ink ~ black, saffron. paper ~ regal, saffron, dp, ww. access. ~ watercolor pencils, aquapainter, nesties, punch, buttons, ribbon.

Easter Wishes
Happy Easter, everyone!!!! I hope you all have a very Blessed day!
So sorry I've been a bad blogger lately. All 3 boys are busy, busy now that baseball season is in full swing here, so we're constantly running around to games, practices and tournaments. I WILL be posting some things this week because it's almost time for another Elzybell challenge AND, even better, it's almost time for ***SNEAK PEEKS***!!!!!!!!!!
Again, I just had to stop by and wish you all a wonderfully Happy Easter!!!!!

An Elzybell recipe challenge

This weeks' Elzybell challenge is a recipe ~ we were to use one piece of ribbon, one circle and one embellishment. I hope it's ok that I used 7 of my "one embellishment" ~ after I finished the card, I thought that maybe I was only supposed to use one embellishment total! Oh well!! The Spring Cube image is up on dimensionals. I faux stitched on the kiwi layer and used my new border punch on the white layer (love those new punches!). The sentiment is from the Mini Tag set. Hope ya like it and check out what the rest of the dt did ~ HERE!!!!!!!!!!
