Today I've decided to use the Inspired by Flowers set #4. Yum, Yum, YUMMY! There are three different flowers and four different sentiments in this set. I opted to not color in the mum and stamped one of the sentiments over it instead. There's a tiny bling in the flower center, can you see it? I used one flower from the new dienamic, Fringed Perennial, for my ribbon/button/thread/bling embellie on the lower left corner and added extra bling to the opposite corner. Some piercing on front and the postage stamp border dienamic and more piercing inside top it all off.

Thanks for stopping by! I KNOW you're enjoying the teasers and what's awesome is we're only on day 2, WAHOOOO!!!! Lots more super-cool-all-star-tea-ific stuff to show you! *wink*

See y'all tomorrow!

Hugs,

Hi, twice in one day! First, how about that new Who's That Girl?/Who's That Guy? set MFT is sneak peeking today?!?! UGH, I LOVE it!!!! I guess I was in a Who's That Girl mood because I thought this one, Who's That Girl Gets Cozy with Cocoa was perfect for this week's WSC48! It took a little time, not much, but was well worth paper piecing her sweater AND her gloves and scarf! Oh, and the background around her! Almost forgot! I love how it turned out, so yes, well worth the time, if you ask me! The cup o' cocoa was colored with copics. The flower was made using the loopy bloom dienamic. After I ran it through my 'Bug, I cut it in half, rolled it up and got this look. LOVE how versatile it is! The sentiment is also from that same set.

I also used the You Move Me dienamic, added some baja ribbon, piercing and silver pearls to finish her up!
Thanks for stopping by and don't forget, there are more peeks tomorrow!

First up this month is May I Have This Dance? which is the newest Who's That Guy? Who's That Girl? set! I just love this sweet couple and all of the awesome sentiments that come with it!!! Perfect for no-brainer Valentine's and anniversary cards, among other occasions. His jacket and her dress were paper pieced and I colored the rest with copics, but I did go over his shirt with a white gel pen. I've paired them with the new Skyline Border dienamic for a cool "night out on the town" feel. I added glittered dp behind it so you can see "lights" through the cut out windows. And you see her "diamond" bracelet? It's covering a boo-boo, shhhh... ;)

Be sure to stop by the MFT Blog to see the list of all the designers participating in today's teasers and comment along the way for your chance at a prize!

    TS Monday - non-traditional Christmas

Hi all! I had a wonderful Thanksgiving and can hear the gym calling my name! LOL! Hope everyone else had a fab weekend and is getting in the Christmas spirit! Speaking of Christmas, here's a card I made for this week's TS Monday blog challenge - to make a Christmas card using NON-traditional Christmas colors. I decided to break out Going to Town Gus. Hehe, he cracks me up! The sketch is from the Sweet Stop sketches #136. I paper pieced his hat and suit and added liquid applique. Everything else was colored with copics.

Kept everything else simple. Well, I've got LOTS 'O stampin to do... ;)

Holy Hannah! Don't you LOVE when your computer doesn't cooperate!?!?! Anywhoo.... here's my card for this week's WSC. Had to use this sweet girl since Thanksgiving is tomorrow. Lots of paper piecing. I used the Tag You're It dienamic to cut out the cork.

Thanks for taking a peek and stop by the MFT Blog to see all the gorgeousness!

    Drink and Be Merry

Hi all! Ready to gobble up some yummy food tomorrow?! I know I AM!
This is late, but here it is anyway... I made this for this week's TS Monday blog challenge which was to use two different sets together. I used Morning Margaret, which is not a Christmas set, with a sentiment from the newly released Going to Town Gus. Who knows what is in Margaret's mug, but hopefully it helps her get into the Christmas spirit! HA! With that expression on her face, I just had to add some gray roots showing through in her hair (incase you're wondering why I colored her hair that way), hehe! The sketch is from the SSSC144, I just turned the ribbon.

Thanks for stopping by! I'll be back later with another post! I know, right?!?!

    Hugs,
