Hi all! Here's my card for Karen G's SSSC178. This is what I made for my hubby who turned 40 last Friday!!! I kept it fairly simple only because he wouldn't have wanted anything fru-fru. The "40" is from an MFT set whose name I forget. I embossed the numbers in white ep and cut them out using one of my Circle STAX. The sentiment tag is a sticker I bought from HL. I added some stacking stars die-namics for an extra touch. A cool card in no time for my sweet hubs. ;)

Happy Retirement
Hi all! No, I'm not retiring ;) but thought I would share this card I made for the MFTWSC112 sketch using the MFT Mouse in the House - Do Not Disturb This Mouse stamp set. He is colored with copics and I even gave his chair a "tufted" look. You know, like it has buttons?! I thought it was cool! The little tab on the main image and the cool layer behind the sentiment are from the LLD Accent It - Flags and Tags die-namics. I added a little texture with an embossing folder, which fits the C4C174 challenge.
Close up...

Beautiful friend
Hi all! Popping in to share this card I made for MFT's WSC110. I used their Inspired by Flowers set #4. I stamped it in Kraft then lightly colored with copics. I decided to go the distressed route and roughed up the edges and sponged more of the kraft ink around the main image, the flower dp and the center dp. Other die-namics I used were the newly released large leaf-filled flourish, layered rose and fringed perennial (the flower centers). The sentiment is from the Inspired by Spring set which was cut out using the Fishtail Flags STAX.

I really miss you
Hi all! Here's my card for the MFTWSC109. I used this cool a la mode whose name escapes me. She's colored with copics then fussy cut and popped on pop dots. The sentiment is stamped on one of my Fishtail Flags STAX, then added some some piercing. I also used the hexagon border die-namic and finished it off with some MME embellies.
A pic at the inside... I stamped the alm again but this time in MFT kraft ink {adore!}. A little postage border die-namic adds a little extra interest.

I {heart} you
Hi all! Here's my card that I made for this month's MFT guest designer challenge. Have you SEEN the new Doodle Garden line from MFT!?! ADORABLE! This one is called I'm Raptor Round Your Finger. I colored this cutie with copics, then fussy cut it and popped it up on pop dots. I used several die-namics to create a little scene behind him and then made a little "hanging" banner for the "I 'heart' you" sign. The "I" and "you" are from one of the sentiments in this set. I layered three of the hearts that were cut out of the heart doily die-namic for the sentiment. Other die-namics used were the sheltering tree & leaves, the little clouds from the You Move Me die-namics, and fresh cut grass. The black circle was done using the Circle Stax. I also added two rows of medium scallop die-namics and more black jute.
Close up..
Another close up... I made this little "hanging" sign by trimming down one of the Mix & Match banners die-namics. I then pierced two holes and added some black jute from Ribbon Carousel.
Here's a pic of the inside... I stamped that sweet little guy again with MFT's Sno Cone ink. I seriously can't say enough about their inks!!! Fantastic coverage!!! I stamped another sentiment from the set onto one of the Fishtail Flag STAX.
