Hi all!! I managed to find some stamping time on this fabulous Saturday! Here's my card for the MFT WSC78. I decided to use the Go for Fold a la mode. Her top, shorts and the part of the torch that she's holding were colored with my ancient SU watercolor pencils, then blended with my aqua brush. The rest of her was colored with copics. The 'flame' was paper pieced and I added some dimension to it with a copic. The bottom scallop is half of the scallop ribbon border die-namic. The two small circles with the brad centers were cut out using the Circle Stax 2. The sentiment was cut out using the Fishtail Flags Stax (no surprise here!). Some twine and a button finish it up!

A TS Monday challenge on a Thursday..
Hi all! Here is my card for this week's Totally Stampalicious challenge - to use Red and White plus one other color. My other color is gray. I decided to use this chipper gal, Stella Computer. This chick says what some of us just think, lol! I colored her with copics. The table has a "woodgrain" look, or at least that's what I was going for! I traced around one of my Circle Stax, leaving the table legs hanging over for an out of the box (or should it be out of the circle?!?) look.

MFTWSC76
Hi all! A little late, but here's my card for the MFT WSC76. The only stamping I did was the sentiment which is from the Homespun Birdhouse set and die-namics. When I saw this sketch, I knew I wanted to use this little plane from the You Move Me set and die-namics so that it looked like it was flying by with a message. ;)

A peek at the inside... more piercing and matching dp...
For my second card, I used Clyde Bug. He is just the cutest dragon ever! I used a dotted technique to color him. I really wanted him to be the focal point of the card, so I kept everything else simple.

TS Monday - get in shape!
Hi all! Happy Monday! Please excuse my late Totally Stampalicious Monday post - you know how it is when hubby is home from work, always wanting to get something accomplished. Grr. I'd like to relax - that would be getting something accomplished, in my book! This week, we are challenging you to make a card in ANY shape other than a rectangle or square. {you didn't think we'd make you hit the gym, right?!} I decided to use the largest die-namic of the Designer Labels STAX 2 from MFT. I love these chickens from the Kitchen Chickens set! I used two of the sentiments from the set. A button with some twine and thread finish it up.
Thanks for stopping by! Be sure to check out the Totally Stampalicious Blog to see the rest of the DT's creations!

For my project, I've made a tri-fold tag shaped card for my friend's daughter, Nikki, who just graduated from high school. We've known them for about 14 years, all through the Air Force (our husband's have worked together at a few bases, one of which is Hawaii, so I felt I had to add one of those gorgeous Hibiscus die-namics!). I started by taking the largest of the Traditional Tags STAX and marking lines with a pencil just inside the die so that when I ran it through my machine, it wouldn't cut on both sides (which would've left me with three separate tags!). I then scored along the pencil lines, folded the paper, then ran it through with the STAX. It cut through two layers easily and left enough of a mark on the third layer that I barely had to snip it to get the excess paper off. Seriously easy!!! Then... I just started having fun layering die-namics {I've used just about every new die-namic and STAX!}!!! The sentiment on the front is from the Inspired by Travel set and was cut out using the Fishtail Flags STAX. Totally appropriate for a young girl going away to college in a couple of months! The Hibiscus die-namic {SWOON} and the Hexagon die-namics {ADORE} dress it up.
On the inside, I've used more of the Traditional Tags STAX, along with the Designer Labels 2 STAX, the Square STAX and the Star STAX!!! "Well Done" is from the Soldier Boy PI set. "So Proud of You" is from the Godspeed - Who's That Girl/Guy set. And yep, I broke out the shrinky dinks and made a little license plate using the Vanity License Plate die-namics and stamp set! How fun! And I'm sure Nikki will love it! I used the Notched Border die-namic to dress up the Square STAX, which I left blank so we could write her a little note. I only adhered three sides of the square, leaving the top open so we could add her gift. ;) And yes, that is the mustache from the Masculine Graphic Tee stamp set! I couldn't resist adding it because Nikki and her friends just love playing around with fake mustaches! Teenage girls! Ha! She is such a fun and bright young lady and I know she'll have many successes in life! I used one of the Mini Tabs Foursome die-namics to cut out another sentiment from the Inspired by Travel set.
Here you can see all three sides...
Detail shot of the license plate.
Another detail shot...
Ok, whatever you do, do NOT forget to print off the cheat sheet {link provided above - you can thank me later! ha!} and I can't wait to see y'all at the release party TONIGHT!!!! WAHOOO!!!!!!
And seriously, THANKS for stopping by AND for ALL of your super sweet comments!!!
TS Monday - Time to giggle!
***View my MFT Teaser post HERE or scroll down, please***
Hi all! Happy Monday! Our Totally Stampalicious challenge this week is get your giggle on! It's NOT hard to make a funny card or project with such hilarious stamps!!! Our new puppy is really messing with my sleep and lately, I've felt like this Morning Margaret, lol! The sketch is Karen G's SSSC160. I colored Margaret with copics, adding a little blue shading around her. She looks like how I feel at 5:15am when the pup wakes me! Seriously! I cut out the rolled rose die-namic in two different colors and rolled them together. A little ribbon tab and a couple of bling clusters finish it up.
A peek at the inside... just left room for a note. And the paper is the same one that I used on the front of the card, so it DOES match, despite what this pic looks like. Grrr... ;)
Thanks for stopping by! OH!!! You must stop by the TS Blog because we announced our three FAB new design team members!!!

MFT Teaser Time day 6!!!
Hi all and welcome to day 6 of MFT Teasers!!! That means it's Pure Innocence day ~ WAHOO!!! We have 6, yes 6, different PIs to feature (two of which were part of the VIP kit) and another Mouse in the House! My card features Lady Liberty. What a doll! The June SFYTT was perfect for her. I used the Skyline Border die-namic behind her for a big city feel. The circles were cut out using the Circle STAX 1 and Circle STAX 2. Then I adhered the skyline, cutting off the excess. The stars are from the Star STAX and the Stacking Stars die-namic {they work SO well together!}. The sentiment from this set was cut out using the Fishtail Flags STAX. I decided a little bling was a must to dress up the stars.
And a peek at the inside... matching dp and another star.

MFT Teaser Time day 5
Hi all! It's day 5 of MFT Teasers which means it's A la Mode day!!! This month, we have Firecracker a la mode and Go For Gold a la mode. I decided to ink up the Firecracker. Her dress and the big firecracker were paper pieced, everything else was colored with copics. I added stickles to the spark. She was cut out using one of the Square STAX. I broke up one of the sentiments from the set, cutting out the first part of it with one of the mini tabs foursome die-namics. I used the Notched Border die-namic to the main panel. The flags to the left are a combo of the smallest die from the Traditional Tags STAX and one of the Fishtail Flags STAX. The sketch is Karen G's SSSC159. A couple of silver brads, white twill and faux stitching add the finishing touches.
Here's a pic of the inside... yes, more of that Notched Border die-namic!!! Can you tell I love it?!!

MFT Teaser Time - Day 4
Hi all and welcome to Day 4 of MFT Teasers!!! Oh, do we have some FUN stuff for you today! We have two ultra cool sets WITH matching die-namics!!!! They are the Masculine Graphic Tee Die-namics and Stamp Set and the Vanity License Plate Die-namics and Stamp Set!!! I decided to go with the Masculine Graphic Tee die-namics and set. With Father's day around the corner, I'm happy to say that hubby's card is D.O.N.E! I thought it would be fun to make a tent topper card (directions are on Splitcoast). The olive card base is 4x4, so I adhered the Tee about 1 1/4 inches so that it would still fit into a standard A2 envie. {that is before I added the hexagons on the sides, but since it's going to hubby, no envie needed!} I cut the Tee twice - once in the yellowish dp you see and a second time in brown so that I could cut off the embossed edges of the sleeves and collar to make a ringer tee. I LOVE the news Hexagons die-namics for using up scraps!!! Squares are now SUPER easy to cut with the new Squares STAX 1 and 2, both of which I used here. I'm so thrilled with the thin border they leave when used together!
Here's a detail shot of the Stacking Stars die-namics I used to dress up the card even more - they were already tucked in between some pages of this paper pad, so why not use them?! A button, some thread and two rows of piercing finish it up.
And a peek at the inside {which was hard to get a pic of because of the Tee so I'm just holding the front of the card up ;) }... More sentiments from the set and a strip of the negative from the Notched Border die-namic {yea, I'm slightly addicted to it!}.
