Hi all!  Time for another awesome MFT sketch!  And here it is...

 I wrangled up this PI Cowboy because he hadn't seen ink yet!  He's totally colored with copics except for his bandana, which was paper pieced.  I used the star from the matching die-namics (which I'm not able to locate on their site at this time) to this cutie and some rope-like string for lassos.  The mini ticket strip border die-namic was layered behind the wood board dp.  The sentiment, from this set, was cut out with the mini tabs foursome die-namics {*cough* must-have *cough* just sayin'...}.

TS Monday - Thank you

Hi all!  This week on the Totally Stampalicious blog, we're challenging you to make a Thank You card or project.  I decided to ink up this image from the newly released A+ Bears set.  Isn't he adorable!?!!  I colored him with copics.  I think this would be a cute thank you card for a teacher.  I kept this card pretty CAS - fishtail flags stax help anchor the image and faux stitching around the dp add an extra touch.

First up, I have Ballerina Brat, but she is hardly a brat!  She reminds me of my niece!  Not the brat part, lol!  I paper pieced her outfit and added stickles to the ruffled part.  The rest of her was colored with copics.  The sentiment is also from this set.  She's fussy cut and up on glue dots.  Lots of faux stitching here!

For my second card, I've used Gus Mantastic!  Oh, this guy cracks me up every time!  Couldn't resist this sentiment!  Totally different card than the other one, huh?  I was going for a more bold, beachy vibe.  And that cool striped dp???  I made it with washi tape!!!  Be on the look out for a tutorial!  ;)  And yes, his nose looks white because I thought he'd look cool with that lifeguard "suncreen" nose look, lol!

Hi all!  Happy Wednesday!  Here's my take on this week's MFT sketch #72.  To say I did some distressing to my card would be an understatement!  Every single layer was distressed and sponged with SU crumb cake.  I also did some faux stitching on several layers.  I love using older sets for these sketches, so this time I broke out the Tag You're It set.  The polka dot coral butterflies under the Butterflies die-namics are from that set.  I love that little bit of coral peeking through the die-namics.  The sentiment is from the Pearls of Wisdom set and was cut out with the awesome {as in, you really must get them now, if you haven't already!} Fishtail Flags Stax.  A row of brads, bling on the butterflies and a couple of little bling clusters finish it up.

Hi all!  Here's a card I made for two challenges on SCS - the Free 4 All challenge to make a small tall card and yesterday's CAS challenge - to make a trio panel.  This flower is from the Inspired by Flowers set #4 by MFT, which I colored with copics.  It was cut out with the vertical greetings die-namic.  The sentiment is from the same set and was cut out using the Fishtail Flags Stax.  I also stamped the flower twice using versamark ink directly onto the card base behind the main image.  Piercing and a big silver brad finish it up!

TS Monday - CAS

Hi all and Happy Monday!  I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's day yesterday!  A good part of my day was spent at a baseball field (unfortunately, we lost our first game), then we picked up our new puppy, (oh my, why did I agree to this?!) and spent the rest of the day relaxing.  On to the card...
Here's my Clean And Simple card for the Totally Stampalicious challenge this week.  I inked up this cutie from the Scent-sational set that was released last month.  My card is a 4x4 square.  I cut a circle out of the middle with my circle stax, added brads to three corners and a button and twine to the other one.  The sentiment, also from this set, was cut out with my fishtail flags stax.  I also pierced around the circle.  Still CAS, right??  Yea, I think so!  ;)

And speaking of new releases, Totally Stampalicious is having one THIS THURSDAY!!!!  Prepare for more CUTENESS than you can handle!
