Hi all! I'm here with some flowery-goodness using the Honey Bee Stamps set, Country Blooms. I'm kinda totally obsessed with this set. ;) I colored them with Copics then used the matching dies to cut everything out. I used the smallest of the Hexagon Layering Background Stencils to sponge in some color on the layer directly behind the flowers and sentiment. The sentiment is from the Happy Everything stamp set - I loooove the mix of fonts!

Angel

Sending you a Smile
Hi all! I'm so excited to be sharing my first Honey Bee Stamps card as a member of their Social Media Design Team! I'll be posting every Wednesday so be on the look out ;)
For my card, I colored up the pretty little Lotus Blossom flower and used the matching die to cut it. The sweet 2x2 stamp is just SO cute! I colored it with copics. I stamped part of the sentiment from the Smile stamp set onto smooth white card stock that I cut out with one of the A2 Double Stitched Frame dies. I stamped 'Smile' with Versamark then embossed with silver embossing powder, then die cut it with the matching die. A clear mini sequin dots the 'i'. Everything is layered over my grout gray card base that was sponged with one of the Hexagon Layering Background Stencils.

MFT Sketch Guest Designer - I kinda like you
*please scroll down for my Lil Inker Designs New Release blog hop post*
Hi all! Here's my take on this week's MFTWSC284 sketch! I couldn't resist these Snuggle Bunnies when they came out. I colored these cuties with Copics then fussy cut them. I used the Chunky Herringbone stencil and sponged some sweet tooth pigment ink onto the safety orange card base. I added a strip of dp from the Chevron paper pack and layered the Square STAX and images over it. The sentiment was stamped on some natural card stock that was cut out with an element from the newly released Blueprints 29 - which is becoming a fast favorite of mine!
Thanks for stopping by! Be sure to head over to the MFT Card Challenges blog for some major inspiration with the latest sketch!

Bold Thanks
Hi all! Yes, just what the doctor ordered - crafty time! :D Well, that's my story and I'm sticking to it! I took a much needed day of rest and got this card made for a two challenges: the FMS226 sketch and current CTD382 color challenge. The chevron background was inspired by Barbara Anders. I used the MFT Chevron stencil and some Ranger Picked Raspberries distress ink and an aqua brush to color in the stencil. The gold flower was cut out using the LJD Scribbles die-namics, leaving some pieces intact. I cut the layered leaves out of green-eyed monster card stock. The sentiment is from a retired MFT set and was embossed with white EP.

Warm wishes & sunny smiles
Hi all! Here's a card I made for the MFTWSC242. I colored the Blissful Blooms with Copics, then fussy cut (don't have the matching die-namics yet). The chevron background was created with the large chevron stripes stencil except that when I sponged them with grout gray, I only sponged from the top of the stencil rather than fill in the entire stripe. I used my oval STAX to cut out the center then sponged lemon drop ink onto the edges of banana split card stock.

YNS Fun Friday - Hats off to you!
Hi all! Here's a card I made using the newest sketch for our Fun Friday challenge on the YNS blog. I used the newly release Congrads set since we are getting close to that time of year and I happen to have a Senior in my house! I fussy cut the grad cap after coloring it with Copics. I then stamped it in grout gray on smooth white card stock to break up the white space and to give the cap the feeling of movement. The placement of the sentiment was decided after I smudged some ink on the white card stock! ;) I stenciled some stripes on the two smaller white layers, keeping everything thing white, navy and gray since those are my kiddo's school colors.

MFTWSC193 - Make a Wish
Hi all! Here's my card for the MFTWSC193 and the Color Palette Challenge #9. The sentiment is from Birthday Sentiments and is inked in factory green and wild cherry. I used the MPD scallops stencil to sponge this awesome design on the steel grey card stock in steel grey ink. The card base is steel blue. The steel grey and sentiment layers were popped up on foam adhesives. For the banner strip, I used the 'Happy Birthday' in the Document It - Bingo set on the grout gray card stock then used a different stamp from the Birthday Sentiments set in wild cherry ink. The wild cherry flower was created from 3 of the elements in the Layered Rose die-namics then I added a steel grey button and some twine for the center.
