Hi all! Welcome to a new challenge on the CAS-ual Fridays Challenge Blog! This challenge is to create anything but a card, so I made two tags! I sponged the tags with Distress Oxide inks, then spritzed them with water. The thinking of you sentiment is from the So Pretty stamp set. The flowers and other sentiment are from a retired set. Both sentiments are embossed with white embossing powder.
Thanks for stopping by! Be sure to play along for your chance to WIN!!! :D
Hugs,
Angel

25 Days of Christmas Tags - Birch Press Design!
Hi all! I'm happy to be participating in Tracy's 25 Days of Christmas Tags, this time featuring Birch Press Design stamps and dies!!!
For my first tag, I used the Let It Snow stamp set and matching dies. The 3 layered tree stamps were inked with two different green inks and stamped onto kraft card stock. I then used some white pigment ink and an aqua brush to fill in some spots. The sentiment and snowflakes are also from that set.
My second card features the Stewart Ornament die, which I cut out with green and silver foil paper. I layered it onto a die cut circle that I had stamped 'merry' on from the Brushed Christmas Greetings stamp set in grout gray ink.
For my last tag, I watercolored some paper with red and green distress inks then used the Mini Poinsettia die. I layered the poinsettias and added chunky silver glitter to the centers. The sentiment is from the Let It Snow stamp set and is embossed with gold EP. I embossed it twice so that it has a slight shadow effect.
Be sure to stop by Tracy's BLOG to see all of the tags featured today and to see how you can win a Birch Press Design gift certificate!
Thanks for stopping by!
Be Kind,
Angel

Your Next Stamp Fun Friday - Easter Tags
Hi all! It's FRIDAY! That means it's time for another Your Next Stamps Fun Friday post! We have a fun new sketch and inspiration pic for you to try out, so go check it out and play along for a chance to be our next Guest Designer! I decided to use the sketch on a couple of Easter tags. My first tag uses the new digi, Chirpy - isn't he just so cute!?! I colored him with copics then cut him out using oval die-namics. I added other die-namics (the tag was also cut out using die-namics) and a sentiment from MFT. A little twine and a button and done! Easy peasy, as my friend, Stacy would say! ;)
My second tag uses a Surprise digi just released earlier this week, Chirp! Totally aDORable!!! Again, I colored him with copics and cut him out with oval die-namics. A few die-namics and a button and twine finish it up. ***Here's a little tip on adding a decorative border: When using border dies (die-namics in this case), I used the actual shape of the die-namic for one of the tags and then used the negative on the other (the first tag has a white pointed edge around the grape jelly card stock and the other tag has the white scalloped edge around the grape jelly card stock).
Here are the close-up pics...

Merry Elfmas Tag
Hi all! I wanted to share this tag I made for the Totally Stampalicious Blog challenge for last week, The Challenge Chicks challenge and the Splitcoast Dirty Dozen inspiration challenge. I used Deacon Elf, which I colored with copics then cut out. The swirly "snow"is a part of the Sentimental Flourish that is newly release by MFT. I sponged a little blue versamagic ink around the blue layer. The "to" and "from" were hand written because I plan to use this for my Secret Santa gift at work. ;)
The tags are the Traditional Tag Stax from MFT. I added some piercing around the larger tag, then some hemp and twine.
Thanks for stopping by!!!
