Celebrate

Hi all!  Here's a card I made CTD350 and also as an entry for the Paper Smooches guest designer search.  I couldn't pass up this new set by PS called Best Buds.  I colored everything with Copics using the colors from the Color Throwdown challenge.  I then fussy cut the image, added glossy accents to the jar and also added an extra flower and set of leaves.  The sentiment was embossed with white EP on the black card stock layer.  I added a few clear gumdrops to highlight the sentiment.  The scalloped layer is insulation pink and the card base is pink lemonade.

Have a lovely day

Hi all!  Here's a card I made for the CTD313.  I just bought this Paper Smooches Blossoming Buds set and love it just as much as I thought I would.  I stamped it on watercolor paper and embossed it with black EP.  I used lemon drop, orange fizz, grape jelly and jellybean green inks, which I stamped directly onto my acrylic block then used my aqua painter to pick up the color and fill in the image.  I then fussy cut it and adhered it over these die-namics: dizzy doily, Blueprints 3, and Blueprints 12.  The card base is grout gray, one of my favorite neutrals!

A Paper Smooches Happy Birthday

Hi all!  Here's a fun card I made for the Paper Smooches guest designer search.  The Wish Big and Happy Birthday are both from their Birthday Sampler set.  The trio of flowers are from their selection of FREE Digi stamps!  How cute, right?  And free?!!!  Sah-weet!  I colored them with Copics then fussy cut them.  I cut the sentiment out with my pierced circle STAX.  The stitched lines add a little more interest to the background layer.  The 'Wish Big' sentiment was stamped in insulation pink for a tone on tone look.
